Coconut Special Holige – ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಕಾಯಿ ಹೋಳಿಗೆ

Coconut Special Holige is a delicious sweet flatbread filled with a mixture of fresh grated coconut and jaggery. Unlike the smooth lentil version, this has a nice texture because of the coconut. It is sweet, aromatic, and tastes absolutely wonderful when served warm with a spoonful of ghee.
