Akki Sandige – ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಸಂಡಿಗೆ

Akki Sandige is a traditional rice fryum shaped like a spiral “Chakli.” Made from seasoned rice flour batter and sun-dried, these crisps expand into crunchy, white, and airy snacks when deep-fried.
