Ghee Mysore Pak – ತುಪ್ಪದ ಮೈಸೂರು ಪಾಕ್

ತುಪ್ಪದ  ಮೈಸೂರು ಪಾಕವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಸಿಹಿ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟು, ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ತುಪ್ಪದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ರುಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೃದುವಾದ ತಳಹದಿ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಸುವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಸಿಹಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
