Kaju Katli – ಕಾಜು ಕಟ್ಲಿ

ಕಾಜು ಕಟ್ಲಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಗೋಡಂಬಿಯಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಸಿಹಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೃದುವಾದರೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ತಳಹದಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಹಿತನ ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಇರದು. ಸರಳ ರುಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೊಗಸಾದ ಆಕಾರದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು, ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಜನರು ಕಾಜು ಕಟ್ಲಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಆರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರಿಗೂ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗುವ ಸಿಹಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಾಜಾ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
