All Hittu Undi – ಅಳ್ಳು ಹಿಟ್ಟು ಉಂಡಿ

This laddu is a sweet variation of the traditional “All Hittu.” We use the nutritious roasted grain flour (usually a mix of wheat and jowar) and bind it with natural jaggery and ghee. Unlike other sweets that require cooking syrup, this is made from pre-roasted flour, giving it a unique, soft texture that melts in the mouth. It is a wholesome, cooling snack often enjoyed during Naga Panchami.

ಇದು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ‘ಆಲ್ ಹಿಟ್ಟು’ (ಅಳ್ಳು ಹಿಟ್ಟು) ಬಳಸಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಉಂಡಿ. ಹುರಿದ ಗೋಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೋಳದ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಬೆಲ್ಲ, ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶುದ್ಧ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಇದನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಧಾನ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊದಲೇ ಹುರಿದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಈ ಉಂಡೆಯು ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟವಾದ ರುಚಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.
