Corn Chewda – ಕಾರ್ನ್ ಚೂಡಾ

This is a special North Karnataka-style Corn Flakes Mixture. Unlike regular mixtures, this version is infused with Fenugreek (Methi) powder, which gives it a distinct, appetizing aroma. The deep-fried cornflakes are tossed with peanuts and a seasoning that is simultaneously sweet, sour, and spicy. It is lighter than rice-based chivdas and makes for an addictive tea-time snack or a festive treat during Diwali.
