Motichur Special – ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಮೋತಿಚೂರು ಲಡ್ಡು

Motichur Special is a traditional laddu prepared using very fine boondi made from gram flour, soaked lightly in sugar syrup and mixed with ghee. The fine texture makes it softer than regular boondi laddu. It is usually prepared for festivals, celebrations, and functions and is widely liked for its smooth texture and balanced sweetness.

ಸ್ಪೆಷಲ್ ಮೋತಿಚೂರು ಲಡ್ಡು ಕಡಲೆ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಅತಿಸಣ್ಣ ಬೂಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ಪಾಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ನೆನೆಸಿ ತುಪ್ಪದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಲಡ್ಡು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಲಡ್ಡು ಮೃದುವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಿಹಿತನವೂ ಮಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು, ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
